Return Window
Time limit: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return via email at themicromanchannel@gmail.com.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your single card must be in the same condition that you received it, and booster packs must be unopened with its original packaging. Opened booster packs are ineligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at themicromanchannel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will send you a instructions on where to send your package.
Then, cover the cost of shipping for the return with your preferred carrier.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. However, if there are any vendor-related issues with the order then the nature of the return can be further discussed via email on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
