Photos for Single Cards: Vintage cards have photos provided of the actual card to assess the quality of the card. Single cards from recently released expansion sets have stock photos of the card as these products are booster-pack fresh. As always, photos can be provided upon request.

Shipping for Single Cards: Single cards will be shipped in a plastic top-loaded card holder and penny sleeves to ensure card integrity. Bulk singles orders will be similarly packaged.

Holo means a Holographic or Holofoil card in which the artwork of the Pokemon is holographic

Reverse Holo means a Holographic or Holofoil card in which everything except the artwork of the Pokemon is holographic; in other words the surrounding text and border are holographic instead

Energy is a type of Reverse Holo in which everything except the artwork of the Pokemon is holographic with the addition of an energy symbol in the card text area.

Poke Ball is a type of Reverse Holo in which everything except the artwork of the Pokemon is holographic with the addition of a poke ball symbol in the card text area.

Please refer to the images posted for individual cards to observe the condition of the cards. The ratings listed in the card description refer to the below criteria:

Shipping is fulfilled by An Post who operate solely within Ireland.

Product will be delivered within 3-5 business days of purchase regardless of option selected; An Post state that they aim to have the product delivered within 1 business day of package being posted -- you will receive a shipping confirmation email when we have dropped-off your order with An Post.

Shipping options via An Post include the following which are selected during checkout:

1. Free Shipping (Letter postage without tracking number)

2. Tracked Express Shipping (10 euro fee charged by carrier, An Post)

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the below concerning the returning or refunding of your order:

Return Window

·        Time limit: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return via email at pokeshopie@gmail.com.

·        Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your single card must be in the same condition that you received it, and booster packs must be unopened with its original packaging. Opened booster packs are ineligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1.     Email us at pokeshopie@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.     If approved, we will send you a instructions on where to send your package.

3.     Then, cover the cost of shipping for the return with your preferred carrier.

Return Shipping Costs

·        The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. However, if there are any vendor-related issues with the order then the nature of the return can be further discussed via email on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds & Processing Time

·        Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·        If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.
